$50 at Big W, i once found $250 at school near the bursar, but my co-ordiantor was with me so I had to hand it in. The money was in a envolope and was camp money, it had a the persons name so i ended up giving it back

my friend to day found 13 pennies on the ground in one day... and a pokemon card... ya it was his lucky day. the next day he got ran over by a car though

When I worked at a casino I found a fanny-pack with a little over $2500 cash in it. I took it to security and the owner (a little old japanese man) was already there looking for it.
The next day I got my reward for handing it in, a 'lovely' thank-you note, from the general manager of the casino.
The owner of the fanny-pack didn't even so much as look at me when I returned it.
